Carrots (finely chopped) 1/2 cup
Green beans (finely chopped) 1/4 cup

Veggie Samosa Recipe

Material

1. Flour: 250 grams
2. Potato: 2 large (boiled and grated)
3. Peas: 1/2 cup
4. Green Coriander: 1/2 cup (chopped)
5. Ginger-Garlic Paste: 1 tsp
6. Green chilli: 2 (chopped)
7. Cumin: 1 teaspoon
8. Coriander Powder: 1 tsp
9. Garam Masala: 1/2 tsp
10. Salt: As per taste
11. Oil: For frying

Step 1: Prepare the Dough
Take 250 grams flour in a big bowl.
Add some salt and knead it with water.
After kneading the dough, cover it and leave it comfortably for 15-20 minutes.

Step 2: Prepare the Vegetables
Heat oil in a pan, then add cumin seeds.
Now add ginger-garlic paste and fry well.
Add chopped green chilies and mix them well.
Add boiled potatoes, peas, coriander powder, garam masala and salt.
Mix everything well and garnish with coriander leaves and keep aside.

Step 3: Make the Samosa
Make small balls of the dough and roll them with a rolling pin.
Cut the rolled dough in half and shape each piece into a straight triangle.
Fold one end of the triangle outwards from itself, and make a samosa.

Step 4: Fry
Heat the samosas in oil and fry them in a golden pan.
Keep turning frequently while frying so that the samosas become golden simultaneously.

Step 5: Serve
Measure the fried samosas and serve.
Enjoy with hot chutney and mint chutney!
